Terms of Use
The basics of using idd.gg, its Discord community, and Brook bot.
Who's behind this
idd.gg is run by Connor Baron as an independent, non-corporate community project. By creating an account, joining the Discord server, or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Using idd.gg
- Be reasonable. Don't harass, spam, or abuse other members, in the Discord server, the site chat, forum, clubs, or DMs.
- You're responsible for what you post — don't share anything illegal, or content you don't have the right to share.
- We can remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that break these terms or the Discord server rules, at our discretion.
- You must be at least 13 to use idd.gg, in line with Discord's own minimum age.
Your content
You keep ownership of whatever you post (messages, forum threads, club posts, etc.). By posting it, you give idd.gg a licence to display and store it as part of running the site — nothing more. If you delete your account, your posts remain visible for context but are no longer attributed to you.
Subscriptions & payment
- Backer, Patron, and Partner subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. idd.gg never sees or stores your card details.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription any time from your account settings.
- Subscriptions grant perks (Discord roles, stream promo, dashboard access, etc.) for as long as the subscription is active — perks are removed if a payment fails and isn't resolved, or on cancellation.
- We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
No warranty
idd.gg is a hobby/community project, provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep things running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, idd.gg and Connor Baron aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, Discord server, or bot. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited (e.g. for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the Discord server.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
